With the help of our sister company National Quality Consultants(NQC), we launched our business in 2014 with an ambitious vision and a focus on providing a plethora of training sessions in and around the United Arab Emirates.
The National Quality Training Center is a recognized training facility recognized by the ACTVET (Abu Dhabi Centre for Technical and Vocational Education and Training), ADAFSA (Abu Dhabi Agriculture and Food Safety Authority), DoH (Department of Health) HABC (Highfield Awarding Body for Compliance), AHA (American Heart Association), HSI (Health Safety and Institute) and CIEH (Chartered Institute of Environmental Health).

Mr. Joe Mathew is the Managing Partner of our organization, with over 15 years of leadership experience in the general contracting sector. A qualified Civil Engineer and Management Cadet in Facilities Management and Construction, he is known for his strategic foresight, operational excellence, and dynamic leadership. Under his guidance, the company continues to strengthen its position as a trusted name in the industry.
Teena Joe
Ms. Teena Joe is the Managing Partner and Academic Director of NQTC, renowned for her outstanding leadership and academic excellence. She holds prestigious approvals from AHA, Highfield, ACTVET, ADAFSA, Dubai Municipality, and HSI, underscoring her expertise and authority in training and compliance. With advanced academic credentials and ongoing doctoral research in Environmental Microbiology, Ms. Teena drives strategic growth and mentors emerging trainers, solidifying NQTC’s reputation as a leader in quality education and certification.
